Schug Awards by Thompson Works Return Policy

Sales on custom engraved items are FINAL.

We strive to make every order perfect and we always want our customers to be happy. We proof read and double check each order, however we are human, so on occasion there may be an error. Please let us know immediately and we will do everything we can to make sure you leave happy!

  • If the engraving does not match the order or is in some way incorrect from what was ordered, we will replace the item(s) at no charge. The incorrect item(s) must be returned to receive the new item(s).

 

  • A waiver must be signed to engrave all customer owned items. We are unable to replace engraved items brought in by the customer but we will refund your money if the engraving does not match the order (per the engraving waiver).

 

  • If the customer has made an error in their order, we are unable to replace the item or refund your money. We will be happy to redo your order as quickly as possible with no rush fee.

 

  • Orders with proofs: It is the responsibility of the customer to review and approve the proof. Once a proof has been approved, any errors will fall on the customer. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the proof and make any requested changes before production. We do not charge for a second proof but more than two (2) proofs on any order may incur an additional fee.

 

 

*PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK ALL ASPECTS OF YOUR ORDER AT THE TIME IT IS PLACED. Walk in orders must be checked and initialed by the customer. Emailed orders will be created with the exact wording/spelling provided in the email. Orders are processed immediately during business hours and engraving may begin immediately. Changes to orders that have already been processed may add to your cost if we have already started the engraving process.

 

**All exchange requests due to an error must be brought to our attention within 14 days.
